Open year-round, we offer rustic charm and space to unplug on an eco-friendly property. Explore 54 private acres of farmland, ponds, wetlands and woodlands just 35 miles outside of Historic Charleston. From weddings to boyscout troops, we look forward to hosting your next event on our grounds!

“Smokey” The Vintage Trailer
Let Smokey, our newest addition, take you back to the 70's for a retro getaway! Smokey is family-friendly and sleeps 4. You’ll have access to a stove, running water, electricity, and refrigerator. (There is no bathroom inside.) Includes full use of bathhouse, trails, ponds, and private river dock.
“Ramble on Rose” Vintage Camper
“Rosie” is our larger vintage trailer that sleeps 3 guests. It has two beds, 1 bath, and a small kitchen. Includes full use of trails, ponds, and private river dock.
Farmhouse Lodge
Enjoy an upscale stay in our large farmhouse! This three bedroom lodge includes modern amenities like a washer and dryer, wifi, and more. Includes full use of trails, ponds, and private river dock.
